We aim to keep our prices competitive throughout the year but we do sometimes have special offers and if we have any offers running we advertise these on our website. So keep a look out for these, but do not miss you're preferred dates because we can book up fast.
Bookings are availble from Mon-Fri & Fri-Mon only. If you require a longer booking please contact us for availability and cost.
The booking price includes : beds made on arrival, linen, towels, use of wifi, first basket of logs, use of BBQ, final cleaning and leisure pass for pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Plus so much more. See Our Cottage Page for more details
- A bond is not required but a £50 Deposit will secure your booking, with the balance being payable 4 weeks prior to their stay. Please note if your arrival date is within 14 days of booking, full payment is required.
Please note whats not included.
- A total of Two small dogs are allowed at a cost of £20 per Dog. This cost will be added during the booking procedure.
Cancellation policy: A full refund will be given if any government
restrictions are in place preventing the stay. Refund for any other
reasons (including Covid) detailed below:
up to 12 weeks 100%
8-12 weeks 80%
4-8 weeks 50%
1-4 weeks 30%
less than 1 week 0%

We use a key safe with combination lock to the outside wall and leave the keys in this.
A key is only left in this when the cottage is going to be in use.
You will be given the code before you depart for your holiday so you are not having to wait for keys or collect them elsewhere, you just let yourself in on arrival.
It's important that at the end of your holiday on your departure you leave the keys in the safe box for the cleaning crew to gain entry so the cottage can be made ready for our next guests.
Please note check in is at 3pm and check out at 10:30am.
The reprogrammable combination lock code will be changed between guests.
